CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit or prepayment before booking future appointments. I understand that emergencies happen. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible, and I'll always do my best to be fair.
